Our promise is simple. If you are not happy we are not happy. If you are not entirely happy, contact us and we will make you happy, one way or the other.

However we ask you to be reasonable and fair.

For existing & long standing customers if you are not happy we’ll refund or send you replacement flowers.

For new customers, we may ask a few questions but we will refund or replace the order.
